RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. Diptroll general item return policy

In most cases, if the delivery date cannot be traced back, the items shipped from diptroll can be returned within 15 days after delivery or 30 days after shipment. If your order has been shipped to Brazil or Russia, you can send it back to us within 30 days of shipping. After delivery, you will receive an email with the delivery date and other details of the order. Certain products have different strategies or requirements associated with them.

3. Do I need to return the item to Hyperactive?

To Only high-value products need to be returned. The high value is determined by our service team, and is usually worth about $70 or more. If the value is not very high, you do not need to return it and you can keep the defective product. If we ask you to return an item, we will discuss with you the most cost-effective return method, send it to us, and provide you with complete instructions, including our address. Once we receive and inspect the product, you will receive a full/partial refund.

 

4. Refund (if applicable)

After receiving and reviewing your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the return. We will also notify you to approve or reject the refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and the credit limit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
